Our Shipping Policy

Shipping 4 to 5 days.
Pick up at establishment: 1 day

• Chocolate, being a delicate artisanal product without preservatives, requires specific care due to its perishable nature.
• Prior to shipping, we monitor weather conditions.
• During the summer, we ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition by using additional packaging such as insulated bags or special boxes that guarantee its durability and prevent it from melting during transit.
• After making the purchase, the product will be delivered within two to three business days.
• Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Thursday to prevent the package from remaining too long at the carriers’ facilities.
• Once you have the tracking number, we recommend that you track the product to receive it in the shortest time possible. Upon receipt, store it in a cool, dry place, away from intense odors such as perfumes, onions or garlic.
• We offer shipping at special rates exclusively to Texas.
• It is essential to provide a detailed and complete address, as any error in location could result in the package being returned and incur additional charges.
